Process & Technology
Products Description

Raw Material Preparation
The main raw materials include quartz sand, soda ash, limestone, etc., which are mixed in a specific proportion.
Melting
The mixed raw materials are placed in a high-temperature melting furnace and heated to about 1600°C to melt them into a uniform glass liquid.
Forming
Different forming processes are used according to the required product shape.
Float Glass Process
The molten glass liquid is poured into a molten tin bath, and the glass liquid spreads and cools on the surface of the tin liquid to form a flat glass ribbon.
Rolled Glass Process
The molten glass liquid is pressed through a rotating metal roller to form a flat glass or embossed glass with a pattern.
Blowing Process
Used to make glassware, the molten glass liquid is blown into the desired shape by blowing air.
Annealing
The formed glass products are slowly cooled to eliminate internal stress and improve the strength and stability of the glass.
Cutting and Processing
According to customer needs, the glass can be cut, edged, drilled, tempered and processed.
Products Description

Glass Substrate Preparation
Select a flat, flawless glass substrate, clean it, and dry it.
Silver Coating
Coat the glass substrate with a uniform silver film, which is the key to the reflective layer.
Copper Coating
Coat the silver film with a copper film to protect the silver film and enhance the durability of the mirror.
Primer Coating
Apply a primer on the copper film to protect the metal layer and enhance the adhesion of the paint.
Top Coat Coating
Apply a topcoat on the primer to further protect the mirror and provide different colors and gloss options.
Drying and Curing
Put the coated mirror into an oven for drying and curing to completely harden the paint.
Cutting and Packaging
Cut and pack the mirror according to customer needs.
