Quality Control
In terms of quality, Luck Glass always insists on the best quality. Our quality control processes typically run through every stage of production, from the selection and inspection of raw materials, to temperature control, thickness measurement, surface defect detection during production, and the testing and validation of the final product. Rest assured, we usually use advanced inspection equipment such as laser gauges, automatic defect detection systems and chemical analyzers to ensure that the transparency, strength, flatness and weather resistance of the glass are up to standard. In addition, we regularly conduct equipment calibration and quality audits, as well as quality training for our employees. It is also a key means of maintaining product consistency and reliability.
Most of the company's products have obtained CE, UL, ETL, SAA, ROHS, Reach and other international quality certification, and obtained the international ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system certification.
